AREC continues to collect data on streets and house numbers. We appeal to the citizens of the named 21 municipalities to welcome our teams, to share the required information and enable them to take photos of the facilities.
Established interoperability between ARC and CRO
The Agency for Real Estate Cadastre informs its users that the functionality for electronic data exchange with the Civil Registry Office was put into operation. Data exchange functionality is placed on the interoperability platform which ensures increased efficiency and effectiveness in the operation of the state administration bodies.
56% less bank commissions for non-cash payments
The commission that AREC pays to the bank for charging every service with payment card at the bank reduces from 2.5% to 1.09%, while for online payments the fee at the expense of the purchaser which last year was 5%, now is reduced to 2.1%.
The new NSDI geoportal put into usage
The Agency for Real Estate Cadastre presented the new software solution of NSDI geoportal that provides review and use of geo-spatial data via web-oriented services and interoperable infrastructure. The geoportal contains multiple applications with better protection of the users.
Signed agreement to start the second phase of the Lidar project
On 13th October 2020, an agreement was signed to implement the second phase of the Lidar project, between the Norwegian Mapping and Cadaster Authority, the Agency for Real Estate Cadaster of the Republic of North Macedonia and the company contracted to conduct the scanning – Primul Meridian from Romania.
