The Sector for analytics and logistics performs activities related to the following:

• Preparation of annual statistics reports on the operation of the Agency related with the preparations and implementation of the annual plan for public procurements;
• Keeping record of the needs for goods, services and works on the level of the Agency and preparing annual statistical reports for planning procurements for the following year;
• Developing and improving the methodology for planning the public procurements;
• Preparation of specifications for public procurement for all areas, when needed with professional assistance from other departments as well;
• Conducting procedures for write-off, sale and scrapping of equipment and other assets;
• Establishing record-keeping and analytical monitoring of the performed construction works and preparation of reports for each unit individually depending on the performed construction works; preparation and monitoring the implementation of the contracts for using services and data from the GCIS;
• Keeping up-to-date records of real estate items of the Agency and other state bodies;
• Monitoring the implementation of public procurement contracts;
• Keeping records of registering, servicing, maintenance, functionality and performed repairs of the vehicles;
• Coordination of the operations of public procurement committees;
• Participation in the preparation of the public procurement plan and the implementation of public procurement procedures.
