The Agency for Real Estate Cadastre informs its users that the functionality for electronic data exchange with the Civil Registry Office was put into operation. This means that in the procedures conducted before the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre for cases which require obtaining documents from the Civil Registry Office, such as birth/marriage/death certificates, they can be obtained online via the electronic desk (eKat desk) i.e. at the desks in the regional real estate cadastre units or at the Real Estate Cadastre Centre Skopje. In other words, the users no longer have the need to obtain the required documents in advance and then take/submit thereof to the Cadastre; the Cadastre will obtain such documents electronically. The fee for the specified documents according to the Pricelist of the Civil Registry Office is MKD 150 per document.
Data exchange functionality is placed on the interoperability platform which ensures increased efficiency and effectiveness in the operation of the state administration bodies.
With the application of the new functionality, the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre allows its users to obtain the specified documents in short period of time, facilitates the flow of electronic information necessary for provisioning public services and meets the needs of the citizens and the business sector.
