Today, the employees from the Agency for Real Estate Cadaster, in the offices of the Agency for Real Estate Cadaster of the Republic of North Macedonia, signed a collective agreement with the management of the Agency. Both parties are content and it is considered that this agreement advances the rights arising from the labor relations.
The Director of the Agency, Mr. Boris Tundzev, hopes that with the signing of the agreement, the employees will get the expected rights, since it includes benefits that had not been granted in the previous period. The collective agreement and the recent rise in salaries, according to Director Tundzev, should be an additional incentive for the employees in the Agency for Real Estate Cadaster. “All citizens must and should leave this institution satisfied because they solve burning issues related to property matters, however, on the other hand, the front desks should be manned with responsible employees who do their job fully conscientiously, and that is why we increased the salaries”, Mr. Tundzev said following the signing of the contract.
The trade union of the Cadaster is happy with the signed agreement and with the recent increase in salaries, which are now above the average they had before.
The people from the UPOZ Union are also happy, and they indicated that they found an excellent negotiator in the Director of the Agency and that they worked on the collective agreement systematically, without any conditions.
The President of UPOZ, Peco Grujovski pointed out: “We have reached a perfect collective agreement that constitutes an incentive for the employees and we are going to fully meet their expectation. I would like to appeal to the employees in the Agency to give their best to acknowledge the trust that the employer showed us and the motivation to work hard in the future”.
