Work meeting between the Director of AREC and the representatives of the Trade Union of Workers from Administration, Judiciary and Citizens’ Associations of RM (UPOZ)

On today’s work meeting between the Director of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre and the President of the Trade Union of Workers from Administration, Judiciary and Citizens’ Associations of Republic of Macedonia (UPOZ) and the President and Vice President of UPOZ Trade Union at the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre, the signing of the collective agreement was discussed, as well as the further activities that should be implemented in the forthcoming period, thus completing the process of signing the collective agreement with UPOZ.

At the meeting, a discussion was led about disbursing extras for career level, for which an agreement was reached specifying that if there is a legal frame and opportunity and if the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre has the legal and financial possibility, such extras for career level to be disbursed in accordance with the Law and the prescribed legal conditions.

With regards to the evaluation of state officials, which was not done pursuant to Article 64 of the Law on Administrative Officials, it was agreed measures to be taken in order to solve such issue.In the AREC budget for this year funds are planned for disbursement of rewards; however, a legal solution isbeing sought how to disburse such rewards to the employees with the provisions of the Law on Administrative Official.

The forthcoming modification of the job systematization of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre was also discussed with the Trade Union, or to be more precise, modifications in the job systematization to be planned pursuant to the Labour Law, with regards to the reception office, as well as disbursement according to the job complexity coefficient i.e. for particular category with different education degree and same work tasks, meaning that there is same responsibility and complexity of the work tasks.

The Trade Union was informed about the forthcoming modifications to the Law on Real Estate Cadastre, i.e. modifications in Article 21 paragraph 1 and in draft text submitted to the Ministry of Justice, which foresee range of increase of the basic salary from 5 to 30%, depending on the job systematization.

At the work meeting it was agreed that in the following period, according to the indicated questions, the Trade Union and the Director of AREC should organize a meeting with the employees in the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre of Republic of Macedonia.
