In our country, through this project, we are going to establish a digital model of the terrain of the country, but also build capacities for maintenance and distribution of such field data in digital form.
The project of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre – Creation of digital data of the terrain necessary to mediate the risk from floods, monitoring floods and acting in situations of floods, as well as reducing the costs of infrastructure projects and improving the protection of the environment and monitoring and spatial planning is supported with 7.500.000,00 Norwegian krones.
The digital terrain model will be prepared by MGGP Aero from Poland, and this model is part of the Strategy for National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) of the Republic of Macedonia, in compliance with the INPIRE Directive.
